Who is invited to the 90 Day Challenge?
All individuals that have submitted a resume and have the desire to "Learn and Earn".
The challenge will be capped at 100 participants. We have had so many qualified individuals that we want each of you to showcase your talents and desire to win.
Compensation Pay Cycles and Dates
Pay cycle one runs from the 1st day of the month to the 15th day of the month. Pay cycle two runs from the 16th day of the month to the last day of the month. Actual Pay Days are five days after the pay cycle ends. Pay day for cycle one is the 20th of the month. Pay day for cycle two is the 5th of the following month.
What days and hours are the 90 Day Challenge participants required to work?
There are 23 working days in a calendar month. The required hours will increase for those participants that complete every task, assignment and have met the required hours and have attended ALL ZOOM Meetings on time. Work times vary – OPEN.
How do I make it to the next stage and advance in the 90 Day Challenge?
At the completion of each stage, the top 50% will have the opportunity to advance to the next stage of the challenge. At the end of the 90 Day Challenge, Arete Automation will hire 100 employees (direct to the company). EXAMPLE:
Work Duties
Participants will have two core duties. To promote / offer life insurance to clients to protect their families. To promote business opportunities for Licensed Insurance Agents. Participants are to spend at least half of their required work day on each task. In the event a participant has the desire to work additional hours, they may work on either of the two core duties or use their creative energy to generate business. Such as; Social Media (The Top 5-6), Vlogging, Networking / Linkedin.

Social Media Marketing Specialists
Individuals that have actually worked in this position with previous companies and have a proven history of results / success.
Copy Writers
Individuals that are able to create captivating sales copy and PROOFREAD their work.
Cryptocurrency Data Analyst
Individuals that have a strong knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Networks, and Blockchain Technology. Individuals that have the ability to read trading charts / graphs and are incredibly detail oriented. Must have previous work or personal experience.
Onboarding Lead Agents and Trainers
Individuals that completely embrace the process & have a desire to assist others. This is for individuals who are incredibly technical with the ability to communicate well.
